01. General Terms
These Terms govern browsing event information, selecting tickets, submitting ticket orders, issuing tickets and entering events through kobeoff.ge/events/. Terms specific to each KobeOFF Events event, including its date, venue, ticket categories and prices, are published on the relevant event page.
If any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer rights under Georgian law, the applicable statutory rules shall prevail.
02. Event Status and Accuracy of Information
Events may be labelled “In Planning” or “Coming Soon.” Such a status does not constitute final confirmation of an artist’s performance, programme, date or ticket sales. Information published before official sales begin may be updated, and any current shopping cart is for demonstration purposes only.
Bank-transfer ordering has been implemented for selected events, including ZUBI when its sales are open. Each event page indicates whether purchases are currently available. Online Visa/Mastercard payments remain unavailable.
03. Ticket Categories and Seating
Ticket categories and seating descriptions will be published separately for each event. In the preliminary HI Tbilisi plan for Xzibit, Standing refers to the general standing/dancing area on the ground floor, while VIP / Tables refers to a separate second-floor area with guaranteed seating. Reserving an entire table requires a separate agreement with the organiser.
The plan is a visual representation of zones. A specific table or seat is not assigned automatically unless the ticket description expressly specifies a numbered seat.
04. Prices and Possible Fees
Prices are displayed in Georgian lari (₾) unless otherwise stated on the relevant page. The final payable amount, including taxes and any service fees, will be disclosed before the customer confirms payment. Prices shown during the preparation stage do not constitute a binding public offer.
05. Orders and Payment
Once sales are activated, customers will select the event, category and quantity, provide required contact information and receive an order number. Submitting an order request does not itself constitute payment or issuance of a ticket. Tickets are issued only after the organiser confirms payment and seat availability.
For an event with active bank-transfer sales, the order page provides the payee details, exact payable amount and unique reference that must be included in the bank transfer. For ZUBI, the transfer deadline is two hours after the order is created, with the seat reservation continuing for one additional hour. Check the applicable deadline on the order page. The organiser must verify receipt of funds before payment is confirmed and QR tickets are issued. Late, incomplete or incorrectly referenced transfers may require manual review and do not guarantee a continuing reservation. If money is transferred but the order expires or tickets are not issued, contact sales@kobeoff.ge with your order reference and payment evidence. Online card payments remain unavailable.
06. Electronic Tickets and QR Codes
A confirmed ticket is assigned a unique number and QR code. The QR code grants a single entry and is marked as used when scanned at entry control. Scanning the same ticket again will not grant a second entry. Sharing the QR code, forwarding an image or distributing it without authorisation may allow someone else to use it.
Test or cancelled tickets are not valid admission documents.
Customers must provide a valid email address and telephone number when purchasing. Following confirmed payment, QR tickets are accessible on the order page; email and SMS delivery of ticket links may also be attempted where available, but delivery to the recipient is not guaranteed. Sharing the QR code with a third party creates a risk of unauthorised use.
07. Admission to Events
Admission requires presenting an active ticket on a phone or in another accepted format. Security, age-related, prohibited-item and conduct rules may apply and will be announced in the relevant event description or at the entrance. Attendees must follow reasonable instructions from the organiser and venue security staff.
08. Cancellation by the Buyer / Ticket Refunds
For a ticket to a cultural event scheduled for a specific date, an exception to the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days may apply under Article 14 of the Georgian Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights. This does not restrict other mandatory consumer rights.
If the organiser additionally offers voluntary refunds or exchanges for a particular event, the applicable deadline and procedure will be clearly published before sales begin. Customers may contact the organiser regarding an error or complaint, quoting their order number.
Refund requests, including those relating to event cancellation, postponement or other circumstances provided by law, may be submitted to info@kobeoff.ge. Refund conditions and any reimbursement of fees are governed by the published terms for the particular event and applicable Georgian law. Statutory rights are not restricted.
09. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled in full, the organiser will notify purchasers through the appropriate contact channel and refund amounts due to them under the law or agreed terms. If an event is postponed, a new date will be published together with an explanation of whether existing tickets remain valid and any exchange or refund options, taking account of consumers’ legally protected interests.
Information about significant changes to the artist line-up, stage layout or programme will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
10. Transfers, Resale and Fraud Prevention
Whether and how tickets may be transferred to another person may vary by event. Unauthorised alteration, duplication or forgery of QR codes, or attempts to bypass security mechanisms, are prohibited. The authenticity of a code purchased from a third party is not guaranteed unless the sale took place through an official channel of the platform.
11. Customer Data
Order, ticket and entry information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If promotional communications are introduced, they will be based on a separate lawful ground.
12. Technical Disruptions and Liability
The website may be temporarily unavailable due to technical updates, connectivity issues or other circumstances. Customers do not lose their statutory rights in the event of technical errors, incorrect charges, tickets not being issued or services not being provided. When reporting an issue, customers are encouraged to provide the order number and relevant details.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes amicably. Customers retain the right to refer a matter to the competent authority or court as provided by law.
14. Updates and Contact
These Terms may be updated as circumstances change. Material updates take effect after publication and will not diminish statutory rights relating to tickets already purchased.
