01. General Information
KobeOFF Events — kobeoff.ge/events/ — is an information platform for events and electronic tickets. This Policy explains how data is processed when visiting the website, submitting an order request, issuing a ticket and verifying a QR code at an event.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Georgian legislation, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
Important: Bank-transfer ordering is implemented for selected events (including ZUBI when its sales are open). Online Visa/Mastercard payments remain disabled. Sales availability is event-specific.
02. Data That May Be Processed
- Customer’s first and last name, email address and telephone number, when supplied through the order form;
- Event, ticket category, quantity, price, order number, bank-transfer reference, payment method/status and relevant timestamps;
- Unique ticket number, QR token, and the time and status of its use for admission;
- Hashed IP identifier, session data and essential technical logs for security purposes;
- Information voluntarily provided through the contact form.
The current ticket request form does not require a personal identification number or complete bank-card details.
03. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Data is used to receive and process orders, issue and validate tickets, safeguard entry, prevent fraud and duplicate use of QR codes, respond to customer enquiries and comply with legal obligations.
The legal basis for processing may be necessity for performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, a legally protected legitimate interest, or the customer’s consent in a particular case. If advertising or promotional messages are introduced, they will be sent on the basis of separate consent where required.
04. Payment Data
For events with bank-transfer sales, the order page displays the receiving bank account, payable amount and unique payment reference. The platform processes order and payment status, reference, confirmation time, and where necessary limited transfer evidence to verify payments or resolve issues. The bank separately processes the transfer under its own privacy terms. Full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes and online-banking passwords are not requested or stored. Online card payment remains disabled.
05. Who May Access Data
Order and ticket information may be accessible only to authorised personnel, such as the organiser’s order manager, a technical administrator and event admission-control staff, and only to the extent needed for their duties.
Hosting, security, bank-transfer verification, email and SMS service providers may participate in processing where necessary. Information may also be disclosed in response to lawful requests within the limits prescribed by law. Personal data is not sold to advertising companies.
06. QR Codes and Admission Control
Each ticket has an individual identifier. At entry, the ticket’s authenticity, active status and previous use are verified. Reuse of an already-used QR code is blocked. A corresponding record is generated for security and possible dispute resolution. A test QR code does not constitute valid admission.
07. Cookies and Technical Information
Essential session cookies may be used for website functionality, including administrator authentication and request security. Blocking cookies through browser settings may restrict certain functions. If analytics or advertising cookies are added later, this Policy and the related choice mechanisms will be reviewed.
08. Data Retention and Security
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil an order, validate a ticket, maintain security, manage legal claims or comply with statutory obligations. When that period ends, data is deleted, anonymised or destroyed in accordance with applicable procedures.
Access restrictions, authentication, security tokens and other appropriate technical measures are used. Absolute security of transmissions over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
09. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request information about their processed data, access that data, request its correction, updating or deletion, seek cessation or restriction of processing, and exercise other statutory rights. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn unless another lawful ground for processing exists.
10. Third-Party Links
The website may link to KobeOFF’s main website or to a partner or payment-service website. Third parties may have their own privacy terms, which users are encouraged to review.
11. Changes and Contact
This Policy may be revised in response to changes in the service or legislation. The new version will be published at the same address with its update date.
For data-related questions or requests, use the official KobeOFF contact page.
